At just over 4 oz., they're lightweight with a little stretch providing a closer fit than a traditional t-shirt.

The best way is to take one of your existing t-shirts, lay it flat, and then measure the width and length.
We recommend whatever size you would normally wear in like a regular unisex sized T-Shirt
